    Poor experience

Went here for the first time with my girlfriend expecting it to be a cool chill place to have fun and enjoy your time with everyone. My expectations were clearly too high. Long waiting queue, no air conditioning to keep the place cool, cramped space the moment you enter, floors are all slippery and disgusting which is clearly the first safety hazard seen. Toilets are no different with additionally long waiting queues for 3 cubicles which are all equally as disgusting as the rest of the club. There had been a fight between two of the girls queuing for the toilets whilst i was also queuing, by the time the security arrived they had already been fighting which only lead to one being kicked out of the club and not being heard out, whilst the other had been calmly spoken to and remained in the club. The club itself has no room to comfortably enjoy your time, you end up feeling so nauseous being there for more than an hour. On top of that they charge you an entry fee which does not match the atmosphere you pay for, on top of that, overpriced drinks. I had bought one drink for £7, I had then gone to buy another of the same drink and was charged £10. We had gone to the toilets later again after again queuing for so long, the moment we come out the security is waiting for us and instantly tells us to leave. We walk and I ask her respectfully for the reason and she just tells me to keep walking whilst putting her hands on me to lead the way assuming im trying to start an argument. Im not sure of her name but she was short and blonde with a ponytail at the time. Cant even use the toilet in peace or wash your hands?? No soap either by the way. I was treated with no respect, no reasoning given after asking respectfully. Never going back there, waste of money and time.
